Con Artist

In 2007 Darryl ran his company Genesis Productions Pty Ltd into the ground. The company went into liquidation leaving staff high and dry, leaving clients with half finished projects and owing creditors over 1 million dollars. These creditors were mostly small business operators who trusted Darryl to do the right thing by them but unfortunately this wasn’t to be. Darryl was off holidaying in Europe for 2 months in the lead up to his companies collapse, meanwhile unsuspecting suppliers and subcontractors were working hard to complete Darryl’s current projects and looking forward to being paid for their work. Woops!.
Darryl is fine though, his assets are all safe and sound in the Rogers Family Trust (A tactic he learnt some years earlier when he did a similar thing to his staff, clients, and suppliers).
This time around Darryl has moved to NSW to escape the reality of the carnage he left behind him, and now he’s operating his new business Interpretive Attractions. Let’s see how he goes this time.
If you take a look at his web site you’ll be able to see the $1.24M worth of work his suppliers and subcontractors did for him for free.
